Bill Atkinson - AL House Dist 105 Special Election

Bill Atkinson was born in and has resided most of his life in Mobile County. His family has been in Alabama for over 150 years and has been involved in government, including his great-grandfather who helped draft the Alabama Constitution. Bill’s father, Dr. William Atkinson, Jr., served as a captain during World War II, and was the first cardiologist in Mobile.

Bill has had a wide variety of life experiences. He has a master’s degree in education, and served as an educator for six years teaching high school physics and upper level math. Wanting to spend time with his growing family and to teach his children to be productive citizens in business, Bill founded Atkinson Nursery in 1989.

While building the nursery business, Bill and his wife home-schooled their six children and were also involved in the community in activities ranging from participation in a community orchestra, to playing music for retirement homes, to helping with the Roy Moore campaign and the Ten Commandments rally. Bill also served as a church officer and music director for over twenty years, and his family was active in the church music program.

Bill is running for the Alabama House of Representatives district 105 because he believes that the heritage of liberty our forefathers left to us is in danger of being undermined at this crucial time in the history of our nation and state. His desire is to lead in the fight to preserve our Constitutional form of government and freedom for our children and grandchildren.

Bill Atkinson is dedicated to standing on the same Christian principles and values upon which he has based his life and business.

David Walter - AL 1st Congressional District General Election

David Walter is proud to say that he is not a politician. He has been a successful businessman for over 40 years, and believes that the federal government should be run as responsibly as a business, within its means, just as individuals are forced to do.

David Walter believes in upholding the Constitution of the United States of America as it was intended by our founding fathers, and that the sole purpose of the federal government, as stated in the Declaration of Independence, is to uphold and protect our unalienable rights as given to us by our Creator.
